Card Patterns Sketch #5

We’ve been having some unusually warm weather once again here in New Jersey. It seems that mother nature can’t decide between winter and spring. Yesterday I was able to enjoy a walk quite a bit warmer than the one I took through the snow earlier in the week.

The warm weather made me want to use bright colors so I did just that for Card Patterns Sketch #5. I used papers from Colorbok Friendly Forest once again along with some Making Memories letter stickers and Prima flowers. Card Patterns if being sponsored by Paper Popsicles this week and has an adorable prize up for grabs. I have 3 exams this week since spring break is next week so it looks like it will be a busy week of me with my nose in a book, at least until Wednesday.

Last week I found out that one of my cards was accepted to be published in the March issue of Scrapbook News and Review which comes out on March 21. Their online community is full of great ladies, videos, and inspiration and I can’t wait to see the new issue.

  1. congratulations on getting published! I love this card with the fun colors and all the polka dots, it's so cheerful! 😀 It looks like our weather isn't going to last too long… it's pretty gloomy here in NY!
